Senior citizens and Students: a proof confirming your status/age will be required. Important Note. Please have the proof of your status ready upon checking at the registration desk. We regret that we will not be able to grant you access and participation in the conference if you have registered as a student or as a senior citizen and you are unable to prove your status to us when receiving the badge and the conference programme.

Spouses and Partners: Those who do not actively participate in the conference but wish to attend are granted access, subject to the payment of a symbolic registration fee as specified above. 

Late registrants may not be listed on the final hardcopy program due to the time it takes to produce it.
